Brindisi will be a key stop this year. Come and have a look at the foot of the Virgilian Staircase when the cars pass the Roman Columns.

The 1000 Miglia Experience Italy is taking place entirely in Apulia (Puglia) for the first time, from April 9 to April 12. The event features 54 teams from 11 countries, including participants from Europe and the United States.

The race covers over 630 km across three days, with timed and average-speed trials. The route includes iconic locations such as Bari, Alberobello, Ostuni, Brindisi, Lecce, Otranto, and Taranto.

After starting from Bari, Brindisi will take center stage on April 10, heading toward Salento. Participants will enjoy an experience through the charming streets of Ostuni, the “White City,” and will then move to Brindisi for lunch, hosted in the majestic Swabian Castle, headquarters of the San Marco Brigade Command (first car expected around 1:00 PM). Upon departure, crews will carry out a stamp check at the Roman Columns (2:05 PM).

At the foot of the Virgilian Staircase, spectators will be able to admire the competing cars, representing excellence in both historic and modern motoring. The oldest car is the beautiful 1930 Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 GS Spider Zagato, followed by a 1934 Aston Martin Le Mans and a 1935 Singer Le Mans Special Speed. Ferrari is the most represented brand, with a parade of models ranging from classics like the 275 GTB, Dino 246 GT, and Testarossa to modern icons such as the 488 Pista and SF90 Spider. Porsche is also a major presence, with a remarkable variety including the 356 Speedster and various versions of the 911. Particularly elegant and rare is a 1964 Lancia Flaminia Super Sport Zagato.

After the stamp check, the route continues to Lecce, then to Santa Maria di Leuca and Taranto. On Sunday, April 12, the event concludes with a final experience in Grottaglie, where participants will admire the historic Ceramics District and its artisan workshops.
