brindisi-corfu regatta 2025 from june 8-10

A celebration of Sailing and Culture Across the Ionian Sea

The Brindisi-Corfu Regatta 2025 promises to be one of the most thrilling and festive editions of this iconic sailing event. Taking place in June, the regatta brings together sailors from around the world to compete in a challenging yet scenic race from our historic Italian port of Brindisi to the picturesque Greek island of Corfu. This 120-nautical-mile journey across the Ionian Sea combines technical sailing with stunning Mediterranean landscapes.

Much more than a race
Beyond the race itself, the Brindisi-Corfu Regatta offers a vibrant program of activities and celebrations on both sides of the sea. In the days leading up to the departure, the port of Brindisi transforms into a lively festival area with live music, food stalls featuring local Puglian cuisine, nautical exhibitions, and entertainment for all ages. Visitors can explore historic sites, enjoy open-air concerts, and participate in guided boat tours along the coast.

Upon arrival in Corfu, the celebrations continue with welcoming ceremonies, Greek hospitality, and cultural events. Local markets, traditional dance performances, and beach parties add to the festive atmosphere, making the regatta a true celebration of Mediterranean life.

Whether you're a seasoned sailor or a curious traveler, the Brindisi-Corfu Regatta 2025 is a perfect blend of sport, culture, and international camaraderie. It’s more than a race — it’s a journey across sea and spirit.

san vito dei normanni becomes the reggae capital for one night

With little Lion Sound and top names from the Italian scene!
And you can watch the Champions League final on a big screen!
Entrance on site, only 10 euro !

Are you in or around Brindisi and in the mood for some reggae? Then come to the village of San Vito dei Normanni on May 31 — just a little north of Brindisi city. San Vito is getting ready to dance to the rhythm of top-tier international reggae during Feel Like Dancing, the third and most anticipated night in the Yastabeats series.
The event will take place in the open-air gardens of Grelé, in San Vito dei Normanni, from 6 PM to 2 AM.

Headlining the night is Little Lion Sound, a Swiss sound system that has taken reggae fans — “the massive” — by storm around the world, even reaching those who had never listened to “upbeat” music before. Their creative, spectacular, and immersive use of dubplates has changed the landscape of reggae and dancehall. With their energetic style and always unpredictable track selection, Little Lion is now considered a true global star of the genre, capable of setting festivals and clubs on fire from the Caribbean to Europe.

Joining them on the decks is Kalibandulu Sound, one of Italy’s top acts, known for years as leading figures in dancehall clashes and the hottest parties.

Adding even more magic to the night are performances by Mama Marjas and Fido Guido, two true icons of the Italian reggae and urban sound scene.

Mama Marjas, one of the most beloved voices in the scene, will deliver her unmistakable sound with a live performance that moves the audience with her one-of-a-kind style.

Fido Guido, another heavyweight in the scene, will join her with his explosive energy and authentic sound, creating a performance remembered for its intensity and emotional charge.

The showcase opens with rising talent Tzuflow, a promising artist from the Apulian reggae scene, who will warm up the crowd with a powerful and engaging set.
The warm-up will be handled by Francavilla Posse, a highly active collective from the Brindisi province, setting the vibe before the main acts take over.

Elijah Sound System, a handcrafted setup, will power the night — delivering deep basslines and authentic roots & culture vibrations for a sound experience like no other.

And it’s not just about music: the audience can also enjoy the thrilling Champions League final on a large screen set up in the chill area, alongside a drink bar and street food stands — all set in the green surroundings of the Grelé gardens.
A full experience that blends music culture and pure fun.

The event is organized by Yastabeats, an independent collective that has been creating events and cultural moments centered around reggae, hip-hop, and urban music in Puglia for years.
